Cerulean has adopted an Alliance-based business model, selecting world-class Tier 1 partners with technical expertise and experience in delivering large scale offshore projects.
Delivery partners have and will continue to work together to achieve design efficiencies, optimise logistics and construction, and manage interfaces.
To develop the Aspen Project using Cerulean’s Alliance business model, Cerulean selected world class Tier 1 partners for their technical expertise, strategic desire to be leaders in FLOW and commitment to participate in the proposed collaborative Alliance consortium.
The delivery partners are working together during the development phase such that design efficiencies and cost-out can be incorporated; logistics and construction can be optimised; and interfaces are thoughtfully addressed. Utilising Arup as Owners Engineer, they and the delivery consortium partners will seamlessly move onto the capex phase of the project post Final Investment Decision.
